Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 5 November 2007 at 9.00am, the shareholders of the
above-named company passed a special resolution that
the company be placed into voluntary liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243(8) and 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Sandra Elizabeth Smith, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
