Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 November 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Glamis Hospital 1983 Limited
be liquidated and that Douglas Bruce Ellison, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 November 2007 at 2.00pm.
