On 23 November 2007 at 11.00am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into liquidation and that Amanda-Jane Atkins and Glen David Gernhoefer, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed joint and several liquidators of Vancouver Land Company Limited (in liquidation) for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 23 November 2007 at 11.00am.
The liquidators do hereby fix 14 January 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
