Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on 28 November 2007 at 12.00 midday, when the members appointed Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets
of the above-named company, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
