Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
It was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act
1993, that Stuart Ross Limited be liquidated and that Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 23 November 2007 at 4.30pm.
The undersigned does hereby fix 21 December 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
