Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
The liquidation commenced on 23 November 2007.
The undersigned does hereby fix 23 December 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
