Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 23 November 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Pacific Energy Drilling Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Andrew Hill, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 23 November 2007 at 9.00am.
The liquidator fixes 28 December 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or
to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
