Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, John William Woolley, chartered accountant of Byers & Co Limited, was appointed liquidator of Miller Farms Limited.
The liquidation commenced on 19 November 2007 at
12.00 midday.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
21 December 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
