Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On 15 November 2007 at 12.10pm (Bermuda time), it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Caterpillar
New Zealand Securities Company and Caterpillar
New Zealand Investments Company be liquidated and that Thomas John Perry and Timothy Simon May, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators of both companies.
The liquidations commenced on 15 November 2007 at 12.10pm (Bermuda time).
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
The liquidators hereby fix 7 December 2007, being a date not less than 10 workings days from the date of this notice, as the day on or before which the creditors of both companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
