Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 19 November 2007, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a), that Clay Exports Limited be liquidated and that Colin Gordon Powell, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 19 November 2007 at 9.30am.
