Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Horizon Blinds Limited and Customised Solutions Group Limited:
Notice is hereby given that the companies were placed into liquidation on 15 November 2007 at 10.46am and 12.25pm respectively, with the appointment of Grant Bruce Reynolds as liquidator for the companies.
The liquidator fixes 20 December 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
