Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 14 November 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that The Human Mover Bus Company Limited be liquidated and that Richard Nicholas Ineson, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 14 November 2007, being the date I consented to the appointment.
I advise creditors that the final date to file a claim in this liquidation is 12 December 2007.
