Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on 31 October 2007
at 4.00pm, when the members appointed Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets
