Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies pursuant to a special resolution of shareholders entered into each company's minute book, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the dates and times below:
