Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of the above-named incorporated society on 3 November 2007 at 11.00am, appointed Boris van Delden and Victoria Toon, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named incorporated society.
The undersigned does hereby fix 7 December 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
