Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 6 November 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Bekayem Farms Limited be liquidated and that Ronald Leslie Bavage, director of Bavage Chapman Limited, Chartered Accountants, Warkworth, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 6 November 2007.
