Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The Companies Act 1993
On 7 November 2007 at 3.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into liquidation and Robert William Morton, chartered accountant of Australia, be appointed liquidator of Sciberras Investments (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 7 November 2007 at 3.00pm.
The liquidator does hereby fix 18 December 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
