Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 2 November 2007 at 2.45pm, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Armco Marketing Limited be liquidated and that Daryl Bonney, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 2 November 2007.
