Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 November 2007, the shareholders of the company resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Paul Alexander Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 1 November 2007 at 2.30pm.

Note: This is a voluntary liquidation and the company’s directors resolved that the company was solvent immediately prior to commencement of the liquidation.
