Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Clyde Steven Young, chartered accountant of O’Halloran HMT Limited, was appointed liquidator of Xtra Vision Limited.
The liquidation commenced on 31 October 2007 at 10.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
16 November 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
