On 19 December 2006 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put
into liquidation and that Rowan John Chapman and
Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed joint liquidators for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 19 December 2006 at
12.00 midday.
The liquidators do hereby fix 26 January 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
