Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of Invercargill, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by
a special resolution of the shareholders on 30 October 2007.
The liquidation commenced on 30 October 2007 at 10.30am, being the date and time of my consent to my appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of Rakiura Group Limited (in liquidation), I fix 14 December 2007, as the
day on or before which the creditors of the company are
to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
