Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)
of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Kim Bennett and Timothy John Hoyle, chartered accountants of Steve Bennett Associates, Whangarei, were appointed liquidators of The Hearing Association Whangarei Branch Incorporated.
The liquidation commenced on 25 October 2007.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also hereby given that the liquidators hereby fix
30 November 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
