Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 February 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that AG Seeds Limited entered into voluntary liquidation and that Trevor James Croy, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The voluntary liquidation commenced on 1 February 2007.
