Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Willburn Antiques Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 October 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 19 October 2007 at 9.08am.
