Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 18 October 2007 at 10.50am, the shareholders of Wooltech Industries Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
Creditors should file claims by 30 November 2007.
