Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Home Improvements Limited (in liquidation) on 11 October 2007 at 9.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 19 November 2007, as the last day in which any creditors of the company can claim and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
