the Companies Act 1993, Mark David Stevens, accountant, was appointed liquidator of Wellington Egg Company Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on
19 October 2007 at 1.00pm.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
30 November 2007, as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
