Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 18 October 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Local Construction Limited be liquidated and that Hamish Alexander Scott, of HSW Limited, Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 18 October 2007 at 2.40pm.
