Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Peter William Byers and John William Woolley, chartered accountants of Byers & Co Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of W D Jones Limited.
The liquidation commenced on 31 January 2007 at 9.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 9 March 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
