Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 17 October 2007, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Riverview Engineering Limited be liquidated and that Damien Grant and Steven Khov, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 17 October 2007 at 2.40pm.
