Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Mechanical Specialists Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 18 September 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 18 September 2007 at 1.22pm.
