Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Molyneux Holdings Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 September 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 28 September 2007 at 4.00pm.
