Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 4 October 2007, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Damien Grant and Steven Khov be appointed joint and several liquidators.
