Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company on 12 October 2007 at 9.00am, passed a resolution appointing Colin Ian Devcich, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the company.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993.
