Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The Companies Act 1993
On 9 October 2007 at 11.00am, it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be put into liquidation and that Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker and Glen David Gernhoefer, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed joint and several liquidators of Chauffeur Investments Limited, Quest Apartments (NZ) Limited, Russell Drilling Consulting Services Limited and Saxtons Developments Limited (all in liquidation) for that purpose.
The liquidations commenced on 9 October 2007 at 11.00am.
The liquidators do hereby fix 20 November 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
