Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Richard Grant Simpson, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed to act as liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution of the company.
The liquidation commenced on 9 October 2007 at 5.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 31 October 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
