Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns
to creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 6 November 2007, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
