Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Robin M. Seal, chartered accountant of BKR Walker Wayland Limited, was appointed liquidator of Patricia Auckland Limited and Patricia Waikato Limited.
The liquidations commenced on 9 October 2007 at 5.30pm.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
It is not proposed to hold any creditors’ meetings, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, for the reasons outlined in our first reports to the Registrar.
However, in accordance with section 314 of the Companies Act 1993, a creditor or shareholder may request the liquidator to call a meeting of creditors or shareholders at any time
in the course of the liquidation to vote on a proposal that a liquidation committee be appointed to act with the liquidator.
This request must be in writing.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
16 November 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
