Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 January 2007, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that The Community Trust Amateur Sports Company Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated
and that Matthew David Taylor, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 January 2007 at 2.00pm.
