Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of a special resolution of shareholders in accordance with section 241(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Alan Graham, accountant of Tauranga, was appointed liquidator of the company on
1 October 2007.
The liquidation commenced on 1 October 2007.
The liquidator does hereby fix 12 November 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

and the company has ceased trading and the shareholders now wish to liquidate the surplus assets.
This company is not associated with the new owners and operators of Solitaire Lodge (trading as Solitaire Lodge (Lake Tarawera) Limited).
