Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 28 January 2007 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Willow Lane Limited be liquidated and that Alison Ann Turner, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 28 January 2007.
