Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 28 September 2007 at 11.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 122(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Titoki Investments Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Frederick McCullough, of Mpower Business Consultancy Limited, Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 28 September 2007 at 11.00am.
