AMSI Limited, TBL Limited and Hofmann Trust New Zealand Limited (all in liquidation)

The above-named solvent companies were placed into liquidation by special resolutions of shareholders dated the 25th day of September 2007 at 5.00pm, on the basis that
the reasons for which the companies were incorporated have now passed.
Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a).
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act, the liquidators do not intend calling meetings of creditors on the basis that the companies are solvent (the directors having passed resolutions to that effect) and there are no known creditors.
However, should any creditor of the companies require that meetings be convened, please inform the liquidators of
that request, in writing, by 15 October 2007.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 30 October 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
