Notice is hereby given that Peter Reginald Jollands and Barry White, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies
by resolutions of the shareholders, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the dates and times below:

Holiday Expos Limited (in liquidation) at 10.15am.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidators intend to dispense with the meetings of creditors.
Should any creditor object to dispensing with the creditors' meetings, they are required to notify the liquidators within
10 working days of the date of publication of this notice.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators hereby fix
31 October 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
