Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 25 September 2007, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 25 September 2007.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
26 October 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
