Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
On 13 July 2005, Robert Laurie Merlo was appointed liquidator of the company pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993.
On 11 September 2007, Robert Laurie Merlo resigned as liquidator and Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Colin Thomas McCloy were appointed in his place at 3.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Joshua Holdings 2001 Limited, we fix 11 December 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
