Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 24 January 2007 at 4.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Keish Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Gilbert Dale Chapman and Grant Bruce Reynolds, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
