Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 September 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Fairfield Close Limited be liquidated and that Paul Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 September 2007 at 2.00pm.
