Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 17 January 2007, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, the board of directors and the Court, pursuant to section 241(2)[(a)][(b)][(c)] of the Companies Act 1993, that Treweek Family Butchery Limited be liquidated and that Nicole Riley, accountant of Ohakune,
be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 17 January 2007.
